We believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right, and we work to address the challenges that prevent people from accessing healthcare services. We support the development of healthcare infrastructure, provide training to healthcare professionals, and advocate for policies that promote access to healthcare services. We work to ensure that all individuals, particularly women and children, have access to healthcare that is of high quality and that can reduce maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity.
We believe that access to healthcare is not only a matter of physical access to healthcare facilities, but also of affordability, availability, and quality of healthcare services. Therefore, we work to address these challenges by supporting the development of healthcare infrastructure, providing training to healthcare professionals, and advocating for policies that promote access to healthcare services.
We also focus on improving maternal and child health by promoting access to family planning services, improving the quality of antenatal and postnatal care, and increasing the availability of skilled birth attendants. We also work to raise awareness of the importance of maternal and child health and promote community involvement in healthcare. We believe that healthcare systems must be responsive to the needs of the community, providing culturally appropriate services and integrating traditional and modern healthcare practices. We work to promote community-based healthcare interventions that are sustainable and effective in reducing maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity.
In addition to improving access to healthcare, we also focus on improving nutrition, particularly during pregnancy and early childhood. We provide education and training on nutrition and health, as well as access to clean water and sanitation facilities, to reduce the risk of malnutrition and related health problems. We also work to improve the availability and affordability of nutritious food, particularly for families who are living in poverty. We believe that healthcare and nutrition services must be responsive to the needs of the community, providing culturally appropriate services and integrating traditional and modern healthcare and nutrition practices. We work to promote community-based healthcare and nutrition interventions that are sustainable and effective in reducing maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity.
Through our efforts, we aim to create a world where every individual has access to quality healthcare and nutrition, reducing maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity and promoting the health and well-being of communities. We aim to improve access to quality health services and reduce the incidence of preventable diseases. STS – Serving Together for Social Development provides support for the construction of health facilities, training of health workers, and provision of essential medicines and medical supplies.

Through its Primary Health Care programs, STS aims to provide essential healthcare services to communities, particularly to those who may have limited access to healthcare facilities.
In addition to basic healthcare services, STS also provides support for maternal and child health care, including reproductive health services, family planning, and maternal and child nutrition. The organization also focuses on the prevention and control of infectious diseases through awareness-raising campaigns and immunization programs. STS – Serving Together for Social Development operates a health care facility in the Afgoye, which serves as a primary point of contact for local communities seeking health services. The facility provides outpatient services, as well as maternal and child health care. The organization also works with local communities to raise awareness about health issues and to promote healthy lifestyles.
Through its Community Health intervention, STS – Serving Together for Social Development aims to empower communities to take charge of their own health by providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to maintain healthy lifestyles. The organization works closely with community leaders to identify and address health issues and to develop community-based solutions.
Additionally, we recognize that access to water, hygiene, and sanitation (WASH) services is essential for the health and well-being of communities, particularly those who are vulnerable, displaced, or affected by disasters. We work to ensure that all individuals have access to WASH services that are of high quality, safe, and sustainable. We believe that access to WASH services is a fundamental human right, and we work to address the challenges that prevent people from accessing these services. We support the development of WASH infrastructure, provide training on hygiene and sanitation practices, and advocate for policies that promote access to WASH services.
In addition to improving access to WASH services, we also focus on promoting good hygiene practices, such as handwashing and safe food preparation, to prevent the spread of diseases. We provide education and training on hygiene practices, as well as access to clean water and sanitation facilities, to reduce the risk of waterborne diseases. We also work to provide WASH services in emergency situations, such as during natural disasters or conflicts, to ensure that vulnerable communities and displaced populations have access to safe water and sanitation facilities. We provide emergency WASH kits, support the development of WASH infrastructure in refugee camps and other temporary settlements, and collaborate with local and international partners to ensure a coordinated and effective response to WASH needs in emergencies.
Through our efforts, we aim to create a world where every individual has access to safe water, hygiene, and sanitation services, promoting the health and well-being of communities and reducing the risk of waterborne diseases and other health problems.
